This is not a job listing. We do not hire employees or crews. We work with business owners who want to talk to homeowners directly.

Who we are looking for

We look for independent providers who handle projects like these:

• Bathroom remodels and custom bathroom renovations
• Tub-to-shower conversions
• Walk-in tubs and walk-in showers
• Luxury bath upgrades
• Full kitchen remodels

Our homeowners are mostly looking for larger projects, not small repairs. Experience with older colonial and split-level homes, rowhouses and aging cast-iron or galvanized plumbing is a real plus.

What we expect

Homeowners count on honest conversations. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires, and be ready to show proof
• Return homeowner inquiries promptly
• Give clear written quotes
• Explain scope, timing and permits plainly
• Treat every home with respect

You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and terms. The agreement for the work is between you and the homeowner.
