About Userscarry Remodeling and How It Works
Who we are
Userscarry Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners. We help people in Alexandria and the Alexandria area reach independent local providers for kitchen and bathroom projects. That is the whole job. We do not build, demolish or install anything ourselves.
Why this exists
Finding a remodeler can take weeks of searching. You read listings, send messages and wait. Many homeowners give up or pick the first name they see. We wanted a calmer path. Less searching, more planning.
How matching works
You tell us about your project. It might be a tub-to-shower conversion, a walk-in shower, custom bathroom renovations or a full kitchen refresh. We then point you toward a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of work.
Availability varies. Some providers can respond quickly. Others book out further. Request a callback to check provider availability for your project.
What we ask of providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear about scope, give written quotes, answer questions plainly and treat your home with care. They set their own prices, schedules and terms.
We do not make claims about any provider's licenses or credentials. Ask each provider directly, and ask to see proof.
What we do not do
- We do not perform remodeling work.
- We do not set provider prices.
- We do not promise a result, a date or a final cost.
- We do not replace your own research.
The contract is between you and the provider. Read it closely before you sign.
How we are paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That is how the service stays running. You are never asked to hire anyone, and requesting an estimate carries no obligation.
Ask before you hire
We encourage every homeowner to compare more than one answer. Ask about timelines, permits, how surprises are handled and what is in the written quote. A good provider welcomes those questions. Your home, your pace.
